We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed - free from any signs of wear, sweat, or deodorant marks - and must include all original tags and liners.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or color only. This helps ensure you get the right fit while keeping your order active. To start an exchange, email us at info@ishactive.com
Returns
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, please login to your account and click the "Request Return" button. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Please note that discounted or limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
