Processing Times

When will my order ship?
We’re shipping orders from our first drop this week (November 10th)! Orders placed now will start going out no later than November 24th. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order hits the mail 🫶

After November 24th- orders will typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

During product launches, promotions, or holidays, please allow a few extra days for processing.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental U.S.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Once your order has shipped and left our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us - we’ll help file a claim with the carrier. However, ish active is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
